1. Responsible for the production of parts meeting print and specification requirements. 负责根据图纸和规范生产零件。
2. Responsible for the care and maintenance of equipment. 负责照顾和维护设备。
3. Train other operators, as required. 如有需要，训练其他员工。

Specific Responsibilities Include: 特定职责包括：
1. Production of parts meeting drawing and specification requirements.根据图纸和规范生产零件。
2. Set-up and operation of equipment, as assigned.服从安排调试和操作机器。
3. Perform statistical process control measurements and calculations. Complete forms or computer entries as required.承担数据测量和计算的工作，按工作指导书完成记录和数据电脑录入。
4. Order and maintain inventory levels of required tooling, gages and supplies. 申请和维护工具，检具，和间接物料。
5. Participate in assuring team tooling and material readiness. (Assemble tooling set-up kits, stage raw materials and perform external setup tasks, as required) 参与生产工具和物料的准时到位。（组装工具；原材料及其他调试任务）
6. Participate in setting and achieving team and individual productivity and quality targets.承担小组及个人工作产量及品质的达成。
7. Participate with team in continuous improvement efforts.参与小组的持续改进。
8. Perform machine inspections including daily, weekly and monthly preventative maintenance tasks.完成每天，每周，每月设备的维护任务。

Education:

Experience and Background:
1. Minimum of 3 years of precision thread roller operate experience, capability to do trouble shooting.3年以上搓牙机械加工经验, 有能力识别解决搓牙问题。
2. Ability to train operators in equipment set-up and operation equipment. 能够训练其他员工调试和操作设备。
3. Ability to read and interpret product prints.能够读懂并理解蓝图。
4. Ability to use inspection gages and instruments.能够使用检具及检验设备。
5. Good communication skills. 良好的沟通能力。
