职位需求
工作职责：
1.售前支持、项目启动
.参与售前项目支持
.提供售前技术支持。协助销售进行客户需求审核
.提供风险分析建议（电气部分）
2.订单和项目执行
.为电气控制系统，设备和机器提供电气支持
.负责PLC和PC硬件及软件的安装和调试支持
.跟踪并控制工程进度，维护已发货产品的设计，标准化和设置记录
.运用计算机辅助设计软件和其他管理软件绘制电器图纸，控制面板，物料清单以及相关文档
.理解并能使用质量标准和编码( CCC, CE, UL...)
. 运用电气原理和技术知识协助完成项目和客户订单
. 协调机器更新工作以使其功能运行更完善
. 在需要的情况下，为客户服务、部门培训及销售人员技术指导提供支持
. 维护客户方相关文档（软件，程序）
. 参与测试和调试以保证机器运转表现良好
. 到客户方为客户评估机器运行、提出修改建议
. 参与并指导设计人员工作
.主管、经理分配的其他工作
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. PRE – ORDER AND PROJECT INITIATION
Participate in pre – order sales calls as needed.
Provide pre-order sales technical support. Assist Sales with specification review and customer meetings.
Provide suggestion on the risks analyzing (electrical issues).
2. ORDER AND PROJECT EXECUTION
Support all aspects of electrical control systems, equipment and machinery.
Responsible for the installation and technical support of PLC and PC based hardware and software.
Follow engineering release and revision control procedures; maintain design, standardization and configuration history of shipped machinery.
Use computer assisted engineering and design software to develop electrical diagrams, panel layouts, bills of material and related documentation.
Understands and follows recognized codes and standards (CCC, CE, UL…).
Applies principles and techniques of electrical engineering to assigned projects and customer orders.
Coordinate development activities and upgrades related to updating and improving machine functionality.
Provide support to customers, customer service, training department and sales as required.
Maintenance of customer related files (software, diagram…)
Assists in testing and debugging required verifying performance of a design.
Travel to customer sites to evaluate performance and recommend changes.
May involve guidance and work direction of designers.
Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
BS degree in designated field.
Minimum of 3 years design experience in packaging applications.
A good working knowledge of manufacturing practices and assembly procedures.
Software Programming experience required. Good communication skills.
Eplan and SAP business system skills are preferred.
