职位需求
及时解决客户的现场问题，检查与维修不合格品；
与客户保持技术沟通，参与客户的技术会议；
记录并分析分工产品；
定时检查客户的保养程序；
及时与各部门反应现场出现的问题，及时报告；
要求：
机械类大专以上学历；
铁路行业背景优先考虑，
外语流利。
Develop solutions to fleet problems (on site/ in house)
Develop Repair & Overhaul of defect parts
Act as 1st point of technical contact with customer
Attend technical & operational review meetings with customer
Record & develop trend analysis on returned materials
Audit customers maintenance processes
Deal with customer service issues "face to face"
On site visits to investigate equipment non-compliance
Create clear and well structured reports
Inform immediately responsible/ involved department and supervisors about problems
Follow up open issues until closed
