6.2 Job Requirements 职位要求:
6.2.1 University degree or above in mechanical design engineering, manufacturing mechanical engineering, or related discipline. Degrees in engine design/manufacturing is a plus.
大专或以上学历，机械工程或相关专业背景或获得相应的学位证书。
6.2.2 Minimum of 7 years experience in mechanical engineering field, solid experience in engine design and manufacturing is a definite advantage.
在机械工程领域至少拥有7年的经验，并且从事的均为机械设计或制造的具体工作。
6.2.3 Solid knowledge of mechanical design and development process, molding, and tooling, and various manufacturing process: esp. injection, stamping & forming, die-casting, forging, machining, heat treatment, finishing & coating.
在机械设计及开发流程、模具、夹具及机加工流程方面有深厚的知识背景，特别是在注塑，冲压，成型，压铸，锻造，机加工，热处理，整形和表面处理等。
6.2.4 Experience in working in multi-national environment and project management.
有跨国公司工作及项目管理工作经验。
6.2.5 Excellent communication skills in English both in writing and speaking. Computer literate.
流利的英语交流及读写、计算机使用能力。
6.2.6 Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with spirit of a good team player
极强的个人交际能力，以及团队合作意识。
6.2.7 A highly motivated and results oriented individual with strong, pro-active communications skills, and very strong project driving ability.
有主观能动性及结果导向的性格特点，另外必须有驾驭项目的能力。
6.3 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:主要职责
6.3.1 Technical communications and project management link among engineers, purchasing agents, and suppliers, design change tracking and follow up with purchasing agents.
在工程师、经销商、供应商之间进行技术交流及项目管理，跟踪及管理经销商。
6.3.2 To liaise regularly with US R&D engineers, product manager, and on-site supplier engineers for completion of engine projects.
组织美国研发工程师、项目经理及当地供应商工程师进行经常性的沟通以完成项目的进程。
6.3.3 To work with suppliers to solve the problems in product development and manufacturing process.
跟供应商合作来解决产品开发及加工流程中出现的一切问题。
6.3.4 Technical problem solving both new and existing items.
解决项目中存在的我问题及新问题。
6.3.5 To review design for manufacturing facilities and processes.
检查机械设计及加工设备及流程。
6.3.6 Consolidating each product development process (sampling, tooling, PPAP and packaging)
加强产品开发流程（冲压、制模、PPAP及包装）
6.3.7 To ensure that a product specification is in place at both location and supplier in a timely manner so as to prevent misinterpretation later.
审核产品的出货地及供应商，以确保出货的及时消除不满。
6.3.8 Lab test reporting (as required)
实验室测试报告（如需）
6.3.9 Other new product development as required.
按需要其他新产品的开发。
6.3.10 Some design work with UG 3-D CAD software.
UG 或3-D CAD软件的设计工作。
