9、对候选人的资历审核以专业的方式进行。在整个推荐过程中，候选人受到尊重；

1.Any potential conflict of interests will be made known to the client prior to commencement of a project;
2.The client’s complete understanding and confirmation of the scope of work will be ensured prior to official start of a project;
3.Confidential information of the client and candidate will be given full respect. We guarantee such information will not be disclosed to any third party to prevent potential damages;
4.Consent from the client and the candidate will be sought prior to any interview arrangement， with their names and information kept undisclosed until after such consent is granted;
5.There will be uninterrupted channel of communication with the client and the candidate throughout the project， ensuring smooth flow of information;
6.No personal details will be made available to the client prior to a final communication with the candidate， whereby his/her consent regarding the release of such personal details is granted;
7.Client and candidate information will not be concealed from the other side in a manner that may affect either party’s decision-making process;
8.There will be absolutely no solicitation of the chosen candidate for him/her to leave the client company after the project’s completion and settlement of service fee with the client;
9.Qualification assessment of the candidate will be conducted in a professional manner. Candidate will receive full respect during the entire recommendation process;
10.Only appointments with the calculated prospect of successful completion within a given time frame will be accepted.
